On-line exam report voiceover

I’ve just been in my voice booth recording the voiceover narration for a series of on-line exam reports for the OCR exam board. These voice-overs are part of a series of presentations where senior examiners report back to teachers on recent exam papers.  The reports highlight how the mark scheme for each paper works, what candidates needed to do to gain the highest marks and which questions proved the most difficult for candidates.

It’s been quite interesting for me as the 10 reports I’ve just recorded have covered a wide range of subjects including Health and Social Care, Maths, Science and Computing. Also, given that I read English at Uni, there was one I particularly enjoyed which was the report on an A level English Literature paper. After the complications of the mark scheme for an exam paper on programming computers it was great to read a script where I actually understood what it was all about and I even got interested in some of the questions!

The voiceover reports were recorded for OCR.
